Exercise
Exercise is very important for me for several reasons :
1. Specifically, my "heart" needs it to keep on working well
2. To prevent early osteoporosis
3. To keep my mind positive
4. To stay on my ideal shape (or to reach my ideal weight at the mo.. hehe)
5. To get a better nightsleep
6. To feel sexy about myself (note: ini pentiiing banget. percaya deh, buat yang udah merit..hehe)
So, please dong mommy....
